A new primitive for formulation.

Not a better additive. A new physical layer for tunable containment and controlled delivery.

Every formulation is judged on performance, safety, experience, and cost. Conventional chemistry often forces tradeoffs between them. Soliqaire organizes functional materials into tunable physical containment sites, keeping each payload isolated, stable, and closer to its pure state until it is released on cue.

02 · The Problem

Conventional formulation is a coupled system.

Turn one knob, and three others move.

Conventional formulation asks unlike ingredients to coexist inside one shared formulation environment, then relies on added chemistry or intensive processing to keep the system stable, dispersed, preserved, and deliverable.

Each intervention creates another dependency. Push performance and you can raise cost or strain safety. Improve sensory experience and you can compromise stability. The variables remain coupled because the ingredients are exposed to the same shared system.

03 · The Primitive

Tunable containment. Controlled release.

Present in the same product. Not forced into the same environment.

Soliqaire organizes materials into soft, micro-scale biopolymer containment sites. Payloads can stay isolated, stable, and closer to their pure state until the right cue releases them.

To the user, the product feels seamless. At the material level, ingredients no longer have to share the same environment.

01 · Containment

What stays protected

Liquids, semi-liquids, actives, minerals, particles, and volatiles can be housed inside the matrix, protected from each other and from the surrounding formulation.

02 · Release

What opens on cue

The matrix can be designed to release payloads through selected cues such as air, contact, moisture, temperature, chemistry, or mechanical action.

04 · First Proof

Transforming ambient scenting.

Validated, productized, and launching with The Estée Lauder Companies.

Soliqaire's first commercial expression is Solid-State Liquid: fragrance oil held inside a bio-based solid host, protected at rest, and released on demand through the Soliqaire Driver Unit.

No heat. No flame. No aerosol. Just a precise scent dose, delivered when wanted.

Launching with The Estée Lauder Companies across leading global brands, with rollout planned in 25+ countries between November 2026 and March 2027.

05 · The Beauty Wave

Beauty is the next wave.

The same primitive, resolved into porous microparticles you can formulate with.

Micro-Soliqaire brings Soliqaire to micron scale as porous biopolymer particles that preserve the containment architecture inside a cosmetic formula.

Its job is simple: keep functional materials in their designed state. Mineral filters stay pinned apart. Pigments stay pre-dispersed. Actives stay protected. Then each can deposit or release with control.

Mineral sunscreen, without the clump

Clumping drives mineral sunscreen's white cast, uneven coverage, and heavy feel. Micro-Soliqaire pins UV filters apart for more uniform deposition with less dispersant burden.

Color that stays true

Pigment drift creates streaking, shade shift, and batch inconsistency. Micro-Soliqaire keeps pigment pre-dispersed so color deposits evenly and wears true.

Actives that stay potent

Incompatible actives lose potency when forced together. Micro-Soliqaire keeps each active physically separated until release.

This is why the primitive compounds. Each new payload, cue, and category can build on the same substrate instead of starting from zero. In beauty, improvements can accumulate across sunscreen, color, and skincare rather than cancel out inside one coupled formulation.

Chemistry mixes ingredients. A primitive gives you a place to put them.

06 · Why Now · The Regulatory Tailwind

Regulation is closing the old paths.

The market still wants the experience. The old delivery mechanisms are becoming harder to use.

Fragrance and beauty are entering a new regulatory window. Synthetic polymer microparticles, fragrance encapsulates, aerosol formats, formaldehyde releasers, allergen disclosure, and product safety obligations are all moving in the same direction: less persistence, less hidden chemistry, less uncontrolled exposure, and more accountability.

The important point is structural. Many legacy products do not depend on a single controversial ingredient; they depend on a delivery architecture: combustion, aerosolization, synthetic carriers, solvent-heavy diffusion, or persistent microcapsules. When the mechanism itself becomes the problem, brands cannot solve it by swapping one ingredient. They need a different way to contain and release.

Soliqaire is designed for that shift: bio-based, biodegradable, and built to release without combustion, heat, aerosol, or synthetic polymer carriers. It does not patch an old format. It creates a cleaner architecture for the next generation of formulated products.

When a market is forced to re-standardize, the architecture that defines the compliant alternative becomes the one everyone builds on. Soliqaire is designed for compliance by architecture, not patched into compliance after the fact.

07 · Beyond Beauty

A primitive for formulated matter.

Beauty is the beginning, not the boundary.

Formulation sits behind nearly every product that carries function: from pharmaceuticals and healthcare to agriculture, coatings, packaging, textiles, home care, and food-contact materials.

Across these markets, the same challenge repeats: protect valuable payloads, keep incompatible materials apart, reduce unnecessary chemistry, and release function only when and where it is needed.

Exuud is proving Soliqaire first in fragrance and beauty. With strategic partners, we plan to extend the same containment-and-release architecture into new markets where safer, cleaner, higher-performing formulation is urgently needed.
